Chaos is your calm

This is for anyone who wishes to read it.
This is for those who are lost, who are grasping to things that don’t actually exist, and for those who need peace in their lives. This is for myself, my family and my friends. This came from within.
I’m not sure how to phrase this so that people really grasp on to it, but stop believing uncredited “information”. When I’m having a conversation with someone, nothing grinds my teeth more than when someone attempts to support their words with “this thing they saw on Facebook”. Don’t let me forget, it took me almost 25 years of watching the internet turn into what it is today and realizing it’s not “real”. Nothing is “real”, but I have to save that idea for another post because that’s one that I’ll purposely and enjoyably take completely too much time on. Any-who, that is my exact motivation; to expose those with malicious and negative energies who have bad intentions in what they put out into the universe, and put out the most unbiased explanation. People are breaking their relationships with their support systems, their families, friends, over information that isn’t even true! People fighting over things that aren’t real. Chaos. The internet is what you put into it, what everyone puts into it. Everyone has different intentions, motivations 💰, feelings. Not everything is true and not everything is the puzzle piece your looking for, to complete your life. Please tell me that you’ve been following along and have read my previous work on these “intentions” of which I’m talking about. What everyone needs to know is that there is no missing piece, there is no phrase, quote, status, that will heal those wounds. Sure, they will make you feel good and validated of course but you don’t always “need” that fluff and you mostly certainly should rely on it. You already contain everything you need to feel “whole” or “completed” or heard. All you need is yourself; you need to learn how to cope within yourself and by yourself. When your codependent on other people, or substances, or intangible/ tangible objects, you actually become weaker. It only gives you a false sense of strength in that moment but long term, when that “thing” becomes absent, you will be left without the ability and skills to combat what your facing in that moment. Take the baby steps, as little or as big as you need, to become more “one”, “single”, self dependent. Welcome challenges in your life, welcome chaos, because they are all practice tests that prepare you for your future to help you to keep growing into the better, stronger you. And the secret, it never ends. It’s a body and mind maintenance. These tests are what keeps us alive, well and clear minded.
I release this piece with only good intentions and because it completely drains me to watch people grasp onto these false realities in which malicious people feed them. The peace your looking for is within, not external. Your the realist thing in your reality and that’s what you should hold on to and grow from there. I love you all.
